§1What it is
SafeLaunchBot identifies itself with the user agent "SafeLaunchBot/1.0 (+https://safelaunch.site/bot)". It visits a website only when someone runs a SafeLaunch scan of that site — usually its owner or developer checking it before launch.
§2What it reads
The page that was submitted, its response headers, and up to eight pages on the same site that a visitor would reach from it, such as privacy, terms, sign-up and contact pages. It reads public HTML only: it does not log in, submit forms, run payments or try to bypass any access control.
It makes a handful of requests per scan, times out quickly, and does not crawl a site repeatedly. It never scans private networks.
