§11. Who we are
SafeLaunch is a software product of Adnah India Consulting LLP (LLPIN ACF-7528), a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at New Delhi, India ("SafeLaunch", "we", "us"). §22. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, running a scan or otherwise using SafeLaunch, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Notice, Refund Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use SafeLaunch for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old.
§33. What SafeLaunch is
SafeLaunch is automated software. It scans the website, source code or app package you submit, compares what it finds with a published, versioned rulebook of laws, regulations and technical standards, and produces a report of gaps, suggested code changes and prompts for AI coding tools. Some report text is generated with AI models.
SafeLaunch does not provide legal advice, legal services, or consulting or advisory services, and no lawyer–client or other professional relationship is created. Reports and verification records are automated outputs, not opinions that you are legally compliant. For legal advice, consult a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction. See our Disclaimer.
§44. Acceptable use
You may only submit websites, repositories, files and app packages that you own or are authorised to have analysed.
You must not: use SafeLaunch for anything unlawful; commit fraud or send spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; upload malware; probe, scan or test systems you are not authorised to test, or try to reach private networks through SafeLaunch; attempt to obtain secrets belonging to others; interfere with or overload the service, bypass its limits or security, or scrape it; or resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
§55. AI-generated content
Parts of a report, including summaries, some findings, code suggestions and prompts, may be generated by AI models. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Findings cite the provisions they rely on so you can check them; you are responsible for reviewing any suggested change before applying it and for the prompts you run in your own tools.
You keep all rights in what you submit. You may use your report and its suggestions for your own products. Submitted content is processed only to produce your report (see the Privacy Notice). If you believe a report reproduces your copyrighted material without permission, write to us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.
§66. Our intellectual property
We own SafeLaunch, its software, rulebook, design and brand. Apart from the right to use the service and your reports under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
§77. Prices, payment and orders
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout. Purchases are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these terms.
Audits are one-time purchases: you pay once per audit to unlock its report. Extra jurisdictions, re-audits and upgrades (charged at the difference between plans) are also one-time purchases. Where we offer a subscription, it renews automatically each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and it then ends at the close of the period you have paid for.
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
§88. Version-locked verifications
A verification ("sign-off") covers only the exact version identified on it: a Git commit SHA, the SHA-256 fingerprint of an uploaded project or app package, or a dated capture of a URL, checked against the named SafeLaunch Rulebook version at the stated UTC time.
Verifications cannot be edited after they are issued. Any change to the product after that version — new code, dependencies, third-party services, copy or configuration — is not covered, and a verification must not be presented as covering it. Corrections are issued as a new, superseding record; the original stays on record.
A verification records the result of automated checks. It is not a certification, legal opinion or guarantee of compliance. If a verification states that a rulebook check passed and our software was wrong about that exact version, we will say so on the public record. Exceptions you recorded (accepted risks, items marked not applicable) are listed on the verification and remain your responsibility.
§99. Service availability
SafeLaunch is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will find every issue. We may change, improve or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before removing anything you have paid for.
§1010. Suspension and termination
You can stop using SafeLaunch and delete your account at any time from Account settings.
We may suspend or close your account, with notice where practical, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate the acceptable use rules. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid amount.
§1111. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to SafeLaunch is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
§1212. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed; we will tell you by email before material changes affect a paid service you use.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
