§1Not legal advice
SafeLaunch is automated software, not a law firm, and does not provide legal, consulting or advisory services. No lawyer–client or other professional relationship is created by using SafeLaunch or reading a report.
Reports describe how a product appears to align, or not align, with published laws, regulations, professional rules and technical standards, and what technical changes would close the gaps we detect. They are not an opinion on whether you are legally compliant.
§2Automated analysis has limits
We analyse what we can see: the pages, headers, files and answers you give us. We cannot see your contracts, internal processes, data flows that happen outside the code, or facts you do not tell us.
AI-assisted findings are labelled. Every finding cites the law it relies on so it can be verified independently.
§3Laws change
Each report states the rulebook version it was checked against. Laws, regulator guidance and court decisions change; re-audit before major launches and after significant changes to your product.
§4When to speak to a lawyer
If you operate in a regulated profession or sector (law, medicine, finance, children's services), process sensitive data at scale, or receive a complaint or regulator inquiry, consult a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction. Your report is designed to make that conversation faster and cheaper.
